How Regimify handles your data.

Denis Svichkarev ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Regimify mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our Service.

Data We Do Not Collect

Regimify does not collect any personal data. We do not use analytics, tracking, advertising SDKs, or any third-party data collection services. There are no user accounts, no sign-ups, and no servers under our control storing your information.

Data Stored on Your Device

All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This includes:

• Medication names, dosages, schedules, and notes
• Dose history and adherence logs
• Stock tracking information
• App settings and preferences

No data is transmitted to any external server. Your medication information never leaves your device.

Notifications

Regimify uses local notifications (Apple's UserNotifications framework) to remind you about scheduled doses. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to our servers or any third party.

Subscriptions

Regimify offers optional in-app subscriptions managed entirely by Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We never see or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle purchases.

Third-Party Services

Regimify does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. The only external service used is:

• Apple StoreKit — for subscription management (handled entirely by Apple)

No Medical Data Sharing

Regimify is a reminder tool. It does not connect to any health systems, pharmacies, medical databases, or electronic health record systems. No health or medication data is shared with any healthcare provider, insurer, or third party through the app.

Children's Privacy

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no risk of collecting information from children. However, Regimify is designed for use by adults or under adult supervision.

Data Deletion

All data is automatically and permanently deleted when you uninstall the app from your device. There is no cloud backup and no residual data on any server.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's data practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any modifications. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
