Please read these terms before using Regimify.

Agreement: By downloading or using Regimify, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app.

These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Denis Svichkarev ("we", "us") regarding the Regimify mobile application (the "Service").

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Regimify for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Important: Regimify is a reminder and tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or pharmaceutical guidance of any kind. The app is not a medical device and is not intended to replace professional medical judgment.

You must always follow the instructions of your qualified healthcare provider regarding medication dosages, schedules, and treatment plans. Do not start, stop, or change any medication regimen based on information displayed in this app without first consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

We do not verify the accuracy, safety, or appropriateness of any medication information you enter into the app. You are solely responsible for the correctness of your data and for following your prescribed treatment.

No Liability for Missed Doses

While Regimify is designed to send timely reminders, we do not guarantee notification delivery. Notifications depend on device settings, battery state, operating system behavior, and other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for any missed doses, health consequences, or adverse outcomes resulting from missed or delayed notifications.

Subscriptions and Payments

Regimify offers the following optional subscription plans:

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time.

The free version includes up to 2 medications with full reminder functionality. A Premium subscription unlocks unlimited medications, detailed statistics, and CSV export.

Prices may vary by region and are determined by Apple's App Store pricing tiers. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.

Your Data

All medication and health data you enter into Regimify is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if you delete the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code of Regimify are the property of Denis Svichkarev and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The medication data you enter remains your property.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Denis Svichkarev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Denis Svichkarev from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any modifications.
